FAQ
1. Do I need to book an appointment for nail clipping?
No you don’t, just walk in for dogs and cats. A Face trim or anything that doesn’t include a bath, can be a walk in, except for cats!
2. Do you have availability for tomorrow?
If no options show on our online booking, you should give us a call or text,
we might be able to squeeze you in.
3. Do you sedate the Cats for grooming them?
No we don’t, we have very experienced groomers that know how to handle cats.
4. Can I drop my dog or cat 15-30 mins earlier than my appointment time?
Absolutely, but we won’t be able to start on your pet before the scheduled time.

Paw Hub is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream of Fernanda Marangoni, the owner and head groomer of the salon. After more than twenty years working in a number of salons in both Brazil and New Zealand, she was excited to open her own salon as soon as life’s circumstances made it possible.
The ideology of Paw Hub Pet Grooming is to not only make your pets look their best, but also to raise awareness that regular grooming helps to maintain your pet’s wellness. We do this whilst still providing the latest trends in pet hairstyles.
Here at Paw Hub we are constantly researching new methods of pet grooming and health care, importing the latest technologies and developments within the industry, in an effort to improve the New Zealand Pet Market.
Our team of experienced groomers is carefully selected by Fernanda, who is a Certified International Professional Master Groomer. She, alongside all our staff are regularly self-evaluating in order to deliver our clients the best service and experience possible. All Paw Hub groomers, including Fernanda, are required to complete a Pet First Aid Course, and a refresher every two years so that we can ensure your furry family member is always looked after in the best possible way.
